General Questions
Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a professional trading company in garment export since 2012. We work with a network of certified, long-term partner factories, giving us greater flexibility in production scheduling, product variety, and risk control. Our direct partnership with the factory also enables us to have more competitive prices.
Production & Sampling
Q2: What is your MOQ ?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style, which is suitable for small batches or new launches. Larger quantities receive better pricing.
Q3: Can you make samples based on my own measurements or tech pack?
Yes, absolutely. We can develop samples based on your size chart, digital patterns, or sketches.
Q4: What about the sample cost
Usually the sample is free and the freight is paid by the customer
Q5: How long is the production lead time?
Usually about 60 days after confirming all details. For more complex styles, production may take up to 70 days.
Q6: What is your monthly production capacity?
We produce up to 30,000 pieces per month, depending on order complexity and garment type.
Quality & Materials
Q7: How do you ensure product quality?
We implement a full quality control system, including:
Inline and final inspections by professional QC staff
Pre-production meetings for special or technical orders
Detailed checks for fabric, trims, workmanship, and packaging
All shipments are released only after passing final QC.
Q8: Do you provide material testing or certifications?
Yes. We can offer fabrics and trims compliant with:
REACH, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, SGS
We also support color matching to Pantone TPX / TCX or fabric swatches from your side.
Pricing, Payment & Delivery
Q9: Can I get better pricing for larger orders?

Q10: What are your payment terms?
Accepted currencies: USD, EUR
Terms: T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C, D/P, D/A
Q11: How are goods packed and shipped?
Standard packing: cartons or pallets, with pre-packing list for approval
Carton size example: 60×40×30 cm
